Pablo Higuera

Pablo is an aspiring mechanical engineer currently studying at Oxnard College.  He is particularly interested in robots.  He plans to transfer to UCSB.  He’s an OC ESTEEM Scholar and wishes to continue the scholarship at UCSB.  Don’t be afraid to talk to him.  He loves a good conversation.
